OUR FOUNDER

Dr. Joseph D. Fernandez

Our Founder and the Leader is Dr. Joseph D. Fernandez, who spent over 60 years abroad and spent most of his time in the field of education in Massachusetts, USA for over 20 years. He was the Director of Bi-lingual Education for the city of Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA for 20 years. Before this time, he was the teacher and Academic Counsellor/advisorfor Senior Secondary Schools in the city of Boston, Massachusetts, USA. He has travelled all most all over the world especially in European Countries, Canada and America, Middle East. He knows and is fluent in many languages like Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Latin, English, German and French.Read more
